Fort Myers Realty is a local, family brokerage company owned and operated by licensed broker, Shawn O’Brien. Shawn has provided proven, experienced real estate services to hundreds of clients since 2005 here in Southwest Florida. The office is located at the intersection of College Parkway and the Summerlin flyover across from the FSW campus. Shawn has watched the number of consumers choosing to sell their own properties using flat fee companies grow over the last few years and has personally seen some of the pitfalls and challenges that can come from remote and internet based companies. Our goal is to provide alternatives to the cost of full real estate representations to those who choose to sell their own properties. Our programs provide access to our local MLS and allow you the benefit of a local brokerage, at the same or less cost of those internet based programs.
